Self-Kindness tip of the week:
Linked to one of our Kindness Bingo squares, practising gratitude (which means thinking about things that we are thankful for) is so good for our mental health. Can you think of three things that you are grateful for? People who practise gratitude have been shown to be happier and less stressed. It even helps us sleep well!
