little lessons and activities
We know a lot of parents are home-schooling during the Covid-19 pandemic, so we’ve put together some activities and little lessons that teach children about the importance of kindness, the science of kindness, and the positive effect it has on our physical and mental health. There’s a quiz at the end, so pay attention!
(Our lessons are mostly suited to Key Stage 2 – ages 7-11 – but some can be adapted for older or younger children. They support many of the aims and objectives of the new statutory PSHE curriculum for relationships and health education in primary schools)
