School KINDNESS WORKSHOPS

We run Kindness Workshops for primary schools all over the UK – in 23/24 we ran workshops for 43,000 primary school children in 184 schools. Our workshops aim to spread kindness and empower children by helping them realise that the little choices they make every day have the power to change people’s lives, and improve their own physical and mental health at the same time.

Where do we run our Workshops?

Face-to-Face Workshops: We can come to your school to deliver our Kindness Workshop in-person if your school is based in the Newcastle area, Greater Manchester area or within an hour of Wokingham in Berkshire (this is where facilitators, Greig, Krish and Emily, are based. You can read more about them here).

Virtual Workshops: For all other schools, we can offer interactive virtual workshops.

What happens in a Workshop?

Our Kindness Workshops teach children about the importance of kindness, the science of kindness and the impact it has on their physical and mental health and wellbeing. They include an interactive presentation by one of our enthusiastic facilitators, as well as a practical task.

“These excellent workshops are ideal for all schools that are looking to put kindness at the heart of their ethos.”
Jonnie Noakes, Director of Teaching & Learning, Eton College
