Unexpected kindness

We’re going to the zoo, zoo, zoo…

A few weeks ago, we ran a School Kindness Workshop at West Pennard Primary. The children made beautiful cards for a little girl called Mary, who is seriously ill. After we left, they decided to go one step further. We had told them how much Mary likes animals, so they held a mufti day to raise funds to try to buy her tickets to Chester Zoo. 

And they did it! Zoo vouchers are now winging their way to Mary.
