More than 15,000 children took part in our live Mental Health Awareness Week assembly yesterday!

This year’s theme is anxiety, so we chatted about what anxiety is, how it might feel, and simple things we can do to help reduce our anxiety levels – and, of course, the role that kindness and self-kindness can play in helping us feel calmer and happier.
